At Lynoka Garage Door Services Inc., we are committed to your complete satisfaction. We take pride in honest, transparent service and stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, we want to make it right.
Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our workmanship, please contact us within 30 days of service completion. We will inspect the work and, at our discretion, re-perform the service at no additional charge or provide an appropriate refund or credit.
Free Estimates
All our service estimates are provided free of charge with no obligation. You will never be charged for an estimate, even if you decide not to proceed with the service.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a scheduled service appointment without charge if you provide at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a trip charge if a technician has already been dispatched.
Product Returns
Garage door products that have been installed cannot be returned. If a product is found to be defective, it will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist you with the warranty claim process and replace the defective product at no additional labor cost during the warranty period.
Refund Process
If a refund is warranted, it will be processed using the original payment method within 10 to 15 business days. Partial refunds may be issued if only a portion of the service was unsatisfactory. The refund amount will be determined based on the specific circumstances of each case.
